Chhài-se ê pō͘-hūn

Lo-men chhe-chhài, 1 châng

iù ê poe-lêng-á hio̍h, kui phi

(giâ-lân sek ê) chhang-thâu, 1/4 liap

chhì-m̂, 8~10 liap, chhiat 4 chiu

 

chiùⁿ-liāu ê pō͘-hūn

mē-nē-chih (nn̄g-jîn chiùⁿ), 4 toa-thng-sî

thn̂g, 2 sio-thng-sî

peh phû-tô-chiú chhò͘, 1/2 toa-thng-sî

(o͘) moâ-á hún*, 1/2 toa-thng-sî

Gû-lin, 4 toa-thng-sî

 

Choè-hoat:

1. Só͘-ū ê chhài-se soé chheng-khì, chhiat si; chhì-m̂ mā-sī soé chheng-khì, tì-thâu theh tiau, múi chi̍t liap long chhiat 4 chiu. Chhài-se kap chhì-m̂ sûi-ì pâi ti leh poâⁿ-á.

2. Theh lēng-goā chi̍t-ê sè ê oáⁿ, kā só͘-ū ê chiùⁿ-liāu chhâi-liāu long khǹg choè-hoé, lā ho͘ chiâu-ûn.

3. Beh chiah ê sî-chūn chiah lâm chiùⁿ-liāu.

 

*Goân-té ê si̍t-phó͘ sī iōng eng-sek-á chí, khó-sioh chhoē chiok choē keng chhiau-chhī, boé bô eng-sek-á chí, goá choa iōng o͘ moâ-á hún lâi thè-oāⁿ, khì-bī mā-sī boē-bái.  Tī Eng-kok eng-sek-á chí ē theh lâi choe mī-pau a̍h-sī má-fǹg (muffin), m̄-koh Tâi-oân ká-ná boē-tàng chin-kháu. Ài sè-lī oh, i-chiàu wiki ê kóng-hoat, chiah eng-sek-á chí ē kiám-giām chhut chia̍h-to̍k ê chhò-gō͘ kiat-kó.

蔬菜水果部份:

1顆蘿美生菜,

數片嫩菠菜葉,

1/4顆紫色洋蔥,

8~10顆草莓, 切瓣

 

醬料部分:

4 tbsp 美乃滋

2 tsp

1/2 tbsp白酒醋

1/2 tbsp黑芝麻粉

4 tbsp 牛奶

 

做法:

1. 所有蔬菜料,洗淨,切絲。草莓,洗淨、除蒂、切瓣。隨意放在盤子上。

2. 所有醬料材料混合均勻。

3. 吃的時候,淋上醬汁即可。
