刺莓雞卵糕
Súi ko͘-niû-á kā goá kâng-khoán ài chiah koe-nn̄g-ko tān-sī koh kiaⁿ toā-ko͘ ma? Nā-sī án-ne, chit-leh koe-nn̄g-ko ê choè-hoat it-tēng ài kì-khí-lâi. M̄-bián iōng tioh bá-tah (gû-iû), tioh ho͘ lí kiam chiah chiok-choē calorie. Thn̂g ê pō͘-hūn mā-sī ē-sái kiam chió. Nama cream ē-sái iōng yogurt lâi chhú-tāi.
水姑娘仔kā我仝款愛食雞卵糕但是koh驚大ko͘嗎? 若是按呢, 這leh雞卵糕的做法一定ài記起來. 毋免用著bá-tah (牛油), 著呼你減食足多calories. 糖的部份嘛是會使減少. Nama cream會使用yogurt來取代.
Koe-nn̄g-ko pō͘-hūn ê châi-liāu:
nn̄g, 2 liap
soa-thn̂g, 75g
mī-hún, 50g
雞卵糕部份的材料:
卵, 2粒
砂糖, 75g
麵粉, 50g
Āⁿ kā pâi-súi ê châi-liāu:
Chhì-m̂, 300g
Yogurt/nama cream: 120ml
Le-bóng chiap, poan liap
Thn̂g: 1 sio-thng-sî
餡kā排súi的材料:
刺莓, 300g
Yogurt/nama cream: 120ml
檸檬汁, 半粒
糖, 1 小湯匙
1. Seng kā hang-lô͘ jia̍t kàu 180 tō͘
2. Nn̄g phah soáⁿ, thn̂g pun kúi kái ka-ji̍p, kè-sio̍k phah kàu nn̄g kô͘ phōng-song, thé-chek tiùn-toā chì-chió poe-poan.
3. Mī-hún koè-thai, tó-ji̍p nn̄g kô͘, khin-khin-á poan ho͘ chiâu-ûn.
4. Mī-hún kô͘ tó-ji̍p koe-nn̄g-ko ê bô͘-á, hang 20~25 hun-cheng.
5. Hang koe-nn̄g-ko ê sî-chūn, ē-sái chún-pī āⁿ kā pâi-súi ê chhì-m̂. Chhì-m̂ pun nn̄g hūn, chi̍t-hūn chhiat-kak, chi̍t-hūn chhiat-phiⁿ. Chhiat-kak ê chhì-m̂ kā yogurt/nama cream poan-choe āⁿ. Chhiat-phiⁿ ê chhì-m̂ chham-ji̍p le-bóng-chiap kā thn̂g, beh choè choe pâi-súi ê sú-iōng.
6. Hang hó, koe-nn̄g-ko án bô͘-á the̍h-khí-lâi, khn̄g ho͘ liang, iōng to-á án koe-nn̄g-ko ê pak-tó͘-piⁿ chhiat nn̄g-pêng.
7. Āⁿ boah-leh nn̄g phiⁿ koe-nn̄g-ko ê tiong-ng, pâi-súi ê chhì-m̂ chi̍t-phiⁿ chi̍t-phiⁿ po͘ pâi tī-leh koe-nn̄g-ko ê bīn-téng. Oân-sêng.
1. 先kā烘爐熱到180度
2. 卵phah散, 糖分幾改加入, 繼續phah到卵糊蓬鬆, 體積tiùn大至少倍半
3. 麵粉過篩, 倒入卵糊, 輕輕仔拌乎齊勻
4. 麵粉糊倒入雞卵糕的模仔, 烘20~25分鐘
5. 烘雞卵糕的時陣, 會使準備餡kā排súi的刺莓. 刺莓分兩份, 一份切角, 一份切片. 切角的刺莓kā切角的刺莓kā yogurt/nama cream 拌做餡. 切片的刺莓摻入檸檬汁kā糖, 欲作做排水的使用
6. 烘好, 雞卵糕按模仔提起來, khn̄g呼涼, 用刀仔按雞卵糕的腹肚邊切兩爿
7. 餡抹leh兩片雞卵糕的中央, 排súi的刺莓一片一片po͘排佇咧雞卵糕的面頂. 完成.
