Tortilla tī se-pan-gâ tio̍h-sī hô-lân-chî(bé-lêng-chî) nn̄g-piáⁿ. Ta̍k-koé ū party, se-pan-gâ ê pêng-iú siōng ài choe chit chhut, theh koè-lâi kā tāi-ke hun-hióng. Goá siong sī in-ūi chú chit-tō chhài chi̍t-tiám-á long-bô͘ kau-kang ê koan-hē.

Tortilla 佇西班牙著是荷蘭薯(馬鈴薯)卵餅. 逐改有party, 西班牙的朋友尚愛做這出, 提過來kā大家分享. 我想是因為煮這道菜一點仔攏毋厚工的關係.

 

Kin-á-ji̍t só͘ iōng ê châi-liāu ū tām-po̍h-á piàn-hoà. Goá kò͘-ì ke chham chi̍t-koá chhài-se (so͘-chhài), tû-liáu kah-ì chú khí-lâi ê sek-chúi khah súi í-goā, mā ē-sái kiam chiah chi̍t-koá bé-lêng-chî. (khah bô͘-ài chiah siuⁿ-chē tiān-hún)

今仔日所用的材料有淡薄仔變化. 我故意加摻一寡蔬菜, 除了甲意煮起來的色水卡水以外, 嘛會使減食一寡馬鈴薯. (卡無愛食siunn多澱粉)

choè-hoat:

1. Jia̍t tiáⁿ iōng chi̍t-thng-sî ê iû seng chian hô-lân-chî (bé-lêng-chî), chian ê sî-chūn sīn-soà sám chi̍t-tiám-á iâm-hoa; seng kā chian-hó ê bé-lêng-chî kiap-khí-lâi, khn̄g piⁿ-á. Koh khn̄g chi̍t thng-sî ê iû, oāⁿ chhá í-tāi-lī chhì-koe kā âng tai-tong-a; mā-sī khat khí-lâi, seng khn̄g piⁿ-á

2. Koh iúⁿ chi̍t thng-sî ê iû, seng chhá chhang-thâu, chhá kàu chhang-thâu hoán-nńg, pêng-kun pho-pai leh tiáⁿ bīn, bīn-téng koh pho chi̍t-chàn hô-lân-chî (bé-lêng-chî) phiⁿ, lo̍h-boé pho-pai í-tāi-lī chhì-koe kā âng tai-tong-a

3. Nn̄g seng khá-soáⁿ, chham kiâm-tiⁿ liáu-āu, tò-ji̍p-khì tiáⁿ-lāi, ho͘ nn̄g kā tiáⁿ lāi só͘-iú ê si̍t-chhâi lām choè-hoé, iōng sio kàu tiong-hoé bān-bān-á chian ho͘ sek

 

做法:

1. 熱鼎用一湯匙的油先煎荷蘭薯(馬鈴薯), 煎的時陣sīn-soà摻一點仔鹽花; kā煎好的馬鈴薯夾起來, khn̄g邊仔. khn̄g一湯匙的油, 換炒義大利刺瓜kā紅大同仔; 嘛是khat起來, khn̄g邊仔.

2. 閣舀一湯匙的油, 先炒蔥頭, 炒到蔥頭反軟, 平均鋪擺leh鼎面, 面頂閣鋪一層荷蘭薯(馬鈴薯)片, 落尾鋪擺義大利刺瓜kā紅大同仔.

3. 卵先khá散, 摻鹹甜了後, 倒入去鼎內, 乎卵kā鼎內所有的食材lām作夥, 用小到中火慢慢仔煎乎熟.
