泰國的蝦仔煎餅

Hê-á, 180g
Iân-sui: 5 ki
Phang-iû 1/2 sio-thng-sî
Kiuⁿ, chhiat-chhùi, chhiat-ho͘ chiok iù-e
Nn̄g, chi̍t liap
Thai-peh-hún, 1 sio-thng-sî
Iâm kā peh hô͘-chio-hún
Lūn-piáⁿ phoê, 6 tiuⁿ
材料:
(大約3片的量)
蝦仔, 180g
芫荽, 5枝
芳油, 1/2 小湯匙
薑, 切碎, 切呼足幼e
卵, 一粒
太白粉, 1小湯匙
鹽 kā 白胡椒粉
潤餅皮, 6 張
Choè-hoat:
1. Iōng to-poē ah-píⁿ hê-jîn, kè-sio̍k iōng chhài-to tok sêng hê-á-nî(hê-á-chiuⁿ)
2. Kiuⁿ, iân-sui, nn̄g, só͘-iú-ê tiâu-bī-liāu, thai-peh-hún kā hê-á-chiuⁿ lâm-ho͘ chiau-ûn, chit tio̍h-sī hê-á chian-piáⁿ ê āⁿ.
3. Theh chi̍t-tiuⁿ lūn-piáⁿ phoê, ti bīn-téng boah chi̍t-têng āⁿ, chiah-koh khàm chi̍t-tiuⁿ lūn-piáⁿ phoê. Nā-sī kiaⁿ lūn-piáⁿ phoê tī-leh chìⁿ ê sî-chūn ē soáⁿ-khì, tioh koh ka boah mī-hún chui tī lūn-piáⁿ phoê ê sì-chiu-ûi
4. Khí iû-tiáⁿ, poan-chian poan-chìⁿ, chian khah chhiah e khah hó-chia̍h o͘!
做法:
1. 用刀背ah扁蝦仁, 繼續用菜刀剁成蝦仔泥(蝦仔槳)
2. 薑, 芫荽, 卵, 所有的調味料, 太白粉 kā 蝦仔槳 lâm呼齊勻, 這著是蝦仔煎餅的餡
3. 提一張潤餅皮, 佇面頂抹一層餡, 才閣蓋一張潤餅皮. 若是驚潤餅皮佇leh 櫼(炸)的時陣會散去, 著閣加抹麵粉水佇潤餅皮的四周圍
4. 起油鼎, 半煎 半櫼, 煎卡赤e卡好食哦!
